Higher Ed. Act: In Plain Language
The American Council on Education provided this handy summary of what the Higher Education Act, recently signed into law, means for higher education professionals. Much of the precise rules and how they will be applied will be worked out in the coming year, as the Education Department determines how it will use the provisions.
